Michigan Cherries.........Montmorencey Tart........Black Sweet...... or Balaton.......heres to your health!!
Our Cherry products are produced by a small family farm located on the West side of Michigan. It is a "generational" farm that has been in business for the past 80 years. As with all of our produce and "goods" here, these folks produce the highest quality cherries that we can find.
Our dried cherries are dried in their own juice, and no sugar is added. Just a "minute" amount of sunflower oil is added at the end of the drying cycle to prevent the cherries from "sticking together" in a huge lump. Our Montmorencey Cherry Juice concentrate is also produced on site, and is "cold processed", thus retaining all of the goodness of the "raw fruit".
