Our asparagus is grown by a Great Friend and business partner. We are convinced that these folks grow the highest quality "fresh market" Asparagus on the market in the Central Michigan area. Fresh tender spears are then processed into some of the most "unique pickles and salsa" that you can find any where. There are many varieties of pickled asparagus products on the market, but because of our "formula", we feel that we have the best product around, and MANY of our customers agree.

Give some a try, we are sure that you will agree. At this time we make 2 varieties of the Pickled Asparagus, Regular/Dilled and Hot/Spicy. Check them out below. Next season, we will be adding a new variety..........."FIRE" for those that are really daring!!! Our pickled Asparagus is offered in 2 sizes, 16 ounce, and 32 ounce.

We also make a very unique Asparagus Salsa. It is a "chunky" style salsa, with a very unique taste. Our formula contains our blend of garden herbs and spices that gives this salsa it's wonderful flavor. All of our salsa is offered in 16 ounce (pint) containers.

If you are interested in producing some of the best Asparagus that you can, check out our "Asparagus Crowns" under the "Plants and Flowers" heading. Big husky crowns that are grown by our Asparagus grower, our crowns are available starting by 15 April of each spring (sometimes earlier depending on the weather). Pricing is far better than you will find in any seed catalog, and the "crowns" are "direct from the grower" to you.
